Thanks for choosing Modus. We know you'll be pretty happy with our product so we consider all sales as final. If you change your mind, refunds or store credits are not available, so be sure you're completely happy with your choice before you hit the payment button.

You got yourself a bargain there! Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Modus will refund or replace faulty or damaged products in accordance with the Warranty Terms and Conditions and Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law outlined by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) - www.accc.gov.au
Please contact us with the following:1. Name and order number
2. Clear description of product claim
3. Your preference for a replacement or refund
Once your initial contact has been received, one of our team will email you to request either a) a clear image; and or b) video evidence of the claim for review.
If your claim has been approved for a replacement, your item(s) will be sent out to you.
If your claim has been approved for a refund, it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your refund to be processed.
We'll consider a reasonable amount of time from date of purchase for warranty claims. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims if assessed as warrantable - including but not limited to typical wear and tear.
